With the best restaurants and famous theaters 3-4 blocks away, the town is literally at your doorstep. Santa Barbara's world famous beaches, Mission, Pier, and Rose Gardens are all within a 5 minute drive! Biking and walking are definitely conducive for much of your local destinations or you can ride the quaint trolleys that zip up and down State Street. This cottage is centrally located to everything the city has to offer which is key for your vacation enjoyment!
