Garage holds a new ping pong table, corn hole game and dart board. New back up automatic Kohler generator. You won't want to leave.

Summary: Noel was a fantastic host and reached out multiple times with offers, suggestions and conversation regarding the property. The house is fantastic and we were able to host a graduation cookout for our Colby Grad and his roommates and their families. With 2 grills, a lobster pot which we used to cook salt potatoes, a well-equipped kitchen, a fire pit and the absolutely amazing garage, we were the favorite event of the weekend! Darts, ping pong, a hook game and corn hole occupied the graduates in the garage while the parents finally got to relax in the comfort of the two tiered deck overlooking the lake. The beds were comfortable, the layout great and the sauna a lovely addition to warm up after our unusually cold graduation weekend. The location, so close to Colby, made it ideal for travel back and forth and that was a huge help, as we hosted grandparents as well. We were able to spend one sunny day lakeside and enjoyed the kayaks and the docks down by the water, although the water was SO cold for anyone other than the fish! But that was just our dumb luck by having it 40 and raining during Graduation. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful property! Although our time in Waterville, ME is over, I can highly recommend to all!
