This modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse offers stunning views of the mountains and Jordanelle Reservoir, providing a peaceful retreat for up to 8 guests. With a spacious, multi-level design, it's perfect for those seeking a quiet escape while remaining close to all the action.
The main level features an open-concept living space with large windows, flooding the area with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and bar seating for four. A dining area for eight and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV make it ideal for relaxation. The master bedroom on this level has a king bed, a Smart TV, and direct access to a balcony with panoramic views. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Summary: The unit and the views are beautiful-just like the pictures. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Park City lifts. There’s a separate living area on the 3rd floor which was perfect for our adult kids. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We’ve never stayed in this area of Park City but we’ll definitely stay there again. You can’t beat the views. Highly recommend the place.
