Situated in an elevated, quiet residential area, this large detatched Villa offers a Ground Floor 3 bed apartment with its own 8x4 pool for sole use of apartment (Owners have own pool on upper terrace), offers panoramic views to the sea and mountains. Only a short drive into Moraira where many restaurants, bars and the lovely beaches can be enjoyed. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. With Wifi and UK Freeview TV.
Two double/twin bedrooms (Bedroom 2 having link door to 3rd bedroom with bunk beds or singles). TV lounge with DVD player with many films, VHS (yes - VHS, that is for the many Disney films in the library) board games, french boules & small library. A table tennis table is also available along with a pool table and badminton rackets with net, beach umbrella and mats.
With a garden, orchard and alfresco dining/BBQ area, there is plenty to entertain. Ample undercover secure parking.

Summary: This beatiful home with roomy terrace and great swimmingpool is located on the mountain. So there was always a breeze and a fabulous view. In the house was everything available for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly. Especially Tom, the dog ;) From here it requires a car to explore the area, go shopping for groceries, go to a restaurant or to visit the nice town of Moraira.
