Relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an amazing Gulf view. Summer Wind is so close to the beach you'll never miss a sunset or sunrise on the water! Nicely remodeled and offered for rent for the first time during the summer of 2019 (that's why no reviews yet), it features a full kitchen, wet bar, smart t.v master suite with private bath and more. The resort offers a large indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, six outdoor pools, lighted tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and horse shoes.
If you're looking for a beach vacation without the crowds you've found your spot. The land for nearly a mile to our east is in a conservation trust and the only access to the virgin beach is from our resort or our sister resort a mile east. The land to the west is occupied by multi-million dollar private beach homes anchored by the Governor's beach mansion a few hundred yards west. Never a crowd, with 24/7 gated security you'll feel like you have the beach to yourself. You can drive into the tourist shops and mini golf just 15 minutes away near the public beaches and escape back to your very own private retreat. Our friends take care of our condo and they live just down the beach if you need anything during your stay. ATTENTION SNOWBIRDS: Ask about our special unpublished rates for the first two weeks of March 2021.

Summary: This was our first family vacay to the beach and it was Amazing! This unit was Perfect for our family of 4, the teenagers had thier own space! Everything we needed was provided and the location was Great! Short walk to the pools and the boardwalks to the beach!! We WILL be back again!!
