Summary: The check-in process was very easy and the are was very nice. The house had enough rooms but is poorly maintained. The towels were not clean and since we arrived late in the afternoon and there were no laundry products, we had to go buy towels at Target. There were stains on the comforters or sheets on 3 of the beds. One of the beds was broken in the room on the first floor and the pool and pool area were not cleaned. I am unsure if the owners are in the area but the cleaning service they use is subpar. There were also random rules that were not in the listing. I did reach out to the owner regarding cleanliness when we arrived but the response received did not address those concerns, just the fact that the remotes weren't working and there was an unlocked door.
