This NEW two bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 5 and offers a courtyard view and water views of Anna Maria Sound from every room. The sunset views are amazing! The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo is pet friendly and includes a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, a double and twin size bed in the guest bedroom, with a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee. This property has just been completely furnished and everything is brand new, July 2021.
There is a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables.
