The Blufftop home provides excellent privacy to enjoy the space without distraction; plus it is conveniently located to the historic Mendocino Artists Village and a short distance to the coastal city of Fort Bragg.
This home is PET/SMOKE FREE and thoroughly sanitized between guests.
We use a 70% alcohol based antibacterial solution on all surfaces including inside and outside door handles for the safety of all our guests.
This property is within easy walking distance of the beautiful Fern Canyon trail and waterfall in Russian Gulch State Park and Point Cabrillo Lighthouse State Park with uncrowded sandy beaches north and south. Ideally located to indulge in one adventure after another. Good fishing for Lingcod and Cabezon is right in your back yard. There are also hiking trails, beachcombing,, kayaking, cycling, winery hopping, gourmet dining or B B Q ing the "day's catch" while taking in the incredible view at the house. It's all here. The back yard enjoys 227 feet of ocean frontage set 30 feet above a calm-water cove that provides fishing or gathering mussels. A glass protected deck and walls of windows offer an endless attraction for watching the resident colony of Harbor Seals basking in the sun with their pups on the reef below, migrating whales, porpoise jumping and pelicans in formation as they glide inches above the water. It is truly AWESOME!

Also has all modern stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops throughout , stone and glass showers and hardwood floors.
