You do NOT want to miss staying in this gorgeous property, right in the heart of 30A and Santa Rosa Beach! Featuring modern decor, tons of natural light, solid surface flooring and a gourmet kitchen, no detail is forgotten. Located on the first floor, you have your own private lawn overlooking the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can spend all day relaxing in the sun, just steps from the sand! You will love all of the light that pours into this end unit, with windows that wrap around the main living area.
Step into this space and immediately you will notice the beautiful furnishings throughout the living area. The all- white gourmet kitchen greets you with everything you need to cook large meals, from a gas range to the fully stocked 42" custom cabinets. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island or have a large dinner with all of your guests at the dining table overlooking the ocean. The living area features a large, flat- screen TV with plenty of seating for everyone. Open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze, play a game of corn hole with the family on us, also sunset cocktails are a must on the patio overlooking the beach!
The Master Bedroom is its own retreat with a King bed, a flat screen TV and ample storage. The in-suite bathroom has beautiful tile throughout, with dual vanities, a garden tub and a separate glass shower! It is the perfect space to relax after a long day in the sun! The first Guest Room has 2 Queens beds, its own flat- screen TV, as well as its own en suite bathroom with shower/ tub combination. The third Guest Room has a King bed, a flat- screen TV and also has an en suite bathroom! Everyone will LOVE staying here with Ritz- Carlton quality bedding and towels.
There is no end to all of the fun you will have staying at Santa Rosa Villas- located right on the beach, you can spend your days relaxing on the white sand beach, taking advantage of the nearby watersports or venturing out to go deep sea fishing or biking around town. There is fantastic shopping, restaurants and activities just around the corner. This fantastic locale on the gulf on Scenic 30A is directly across from the Santa Rosa Beach town center of Gulf Place, which features restaurants, bistros, galleries, boutiques, seasonal festivals and outdoor amphitheater concerts. Other popular restaurants and bars are very nearby including “The Vue on 30A” and “Stinky's Fish Camp.” Nearby, you will find the Santa Rosa Beach Club. Both the restaurant and golf course are open to the public. It features Floridian as well as Caribbean style seafood with superb views of the gorgeous gulf, an ultra-modern cocktail lounge and an elegant dining room with a wall of windows overlooking the gulf.
This Santa Rosa Beach location serves as the gateway to South Walton, leading to other delightful coastal villages with restaurants, beach bars, specialty shops, free concerts and seasonal festivals for fun family beach excursions.

Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
**Please note: The beach boardwalk that runs along the west side of the property between Villas and Costa Blanca will be closed for 3 to 4 weeks for repairs. The pedestrian gate next to Building C and the Gulf Place access gate will be locked during that time. Guests should use the Villas Boardwalk until the repairs are completed.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
