The oceanfront Villamare complex is surrounded by lush tropical palm trees and beautifully landscaped pathways. When you're not enjoying shared amenities, head over to the private beach entrance to sunbathe and enjoy the waves crashing.
The open living, dining, and kitchen areas and main bedroom- with its garden tub, private bathroom with step-in shower, and flat-screen TV - are on one side of the villa, and the guest bedroom, with its flat-screen TV and private bathroom, are on the other side.
There is new flooring in the living room and both bedrooms. New curtains, paint, and furniture updates make this villa and its views wonderful! The living room features a flat-screen TV and sleeper sofa. Guests can eat at the spacious dining table or at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. This home's ocean views are on either of the two balconies located off the main bedroom and living room as well as the guest bedroom.

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
