Take the included 6 seat golf cart and tour the island or head to the beach for the day. Come back, wash off in the outdoor shower and grill out on the back patio.
This newly updated home features 3 bedrooms 3 full baths and comfortably sleeps 8. Recently updated kitchen features new quartz countertops as well as new appliances. A coffee/wet bar will help you prepare a perfect beverage for the start of your day and cap off your evening with a toast to sunset.
The first floor bedroom features a queen bed with brand new mattress and private balcony. The second floor includes 2 generously sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1 provides 2 brand new queen sized beds/mattresses and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony with lounge seating.
Amentity cards are availabile for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amentities, including golf, tennis and pickleball, restaurants, swimming pools and more.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
