HOT TUB!!!Newly Remodeled 3000 square feet house only 5 min a way from Table Rock lake or Taneycomo and famous 76 strip waiting for you folks(save your time for fun not for driving),4 Bedrooms/3 Bath and a furnished basement with an antique (75 years old) nine foot pool table. Large parking area( can park 3+ boats). Master bedroom has a jetted tub. There are 2 King beds; 1 Queen; 1 Bunk bed and 4 futons. There are 4 TVs with cable,PS4 with games downstairs. Separate GAMEROOM with QLED TV and PS5, Foosball Table, Wall Dart Board.Direct TV (ESPN,ESPN2,Fox Sport).All beds have memory foam mattresses. The brand new kitchen has the most updated appliances and granite counter tops. The huge dining table has room for 10 people with 3 additional seats at the counter. There are 2 LED fireplaces for warmth and ambiance. Dog fee $25 per night (25lb max). The house also has a brand new washer/dryer, everything you would need for a carefree vacation. Tobacco-FREE and Smoke-FREE facility( outside only)!Summer time rent starting last week of the May Saturday-Saturday, weekly only. Summary: Our stay was excellent. Everyone enjoyed themselves as everything was just a short distance away. There was plenty of room for all of of us to comfortably, and not feel like we were stepping on each other’s toes. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. We will definitely be keeping this one on our short list of place to check availability again when we are all looking at places to go for our family outings
