Latitude Adjustment features 4 bedrooms, spacious living areas, and an outdoor pool living space that dreams are made of! Escape to your own private oasis! Guests will immediately feel the island vibes when they grab a stool and take a seat at the covered poolside bar area with the HD Smart TV, perfect for mixing up your favorite beverages poolside. The large covered back porch area invites guests with true Southern charm blue ceilings to sit back and relax while taking in the calm breezes of the porch ceiling fans. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the sparkling 12x24 private pool, which can be heated for ultimate comfort ($45/night). The dream backyard is designed for endless fun, featuring a putting green and a bocce ball court, perfect for friendly competition and quality time with loved ones.
Inside guests will find a large living room with plenty of room to enjoy family game nights, movies, or watching the game on the large 55" HD Smart TV. The open floor plan makes family gatherings an ease as the dining and kitchen areas are adjacent to the living room area. The dining table has seating for six and the kitchen island has additional seating for four. The fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals for guests and features a gas range, beverage refrigerator, and a coffee bar.
The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the first floor and is the retreat space that every guest will want to enjoy, but only a few will have access to. Spacious and secluded, the primary bedroom with 14ft ceilings has a king bed, a seating area, and an HD Smart TV. The primary bathroom is a spa-like experience with a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head, a free-standing soaker tub, and double vanities.
Upstairs, a second primary suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom is neatly tucked away and offers exclusive privacy. Guests will find an extra den area with a sleeper sofa, HD Smart TV, and a desk, perfect for the kids to gather and play games. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and steps to the hall guest bathroom.
