- A Star Wars themed room with a bunk bed (Twin over a Full-sized bed) and a separate twin bed, making it 3 beds.
- A Princess room with a bunk bed (Twin over a Full-Sized bed) and a trundle, making it 3 beds.

All bedrooms, media room, and living room all have their own TV with Cable, as well as Strong WIFI throughout.

*** Pets need to be approved and they do occur a $50 a night pet fee, per pet - We also ask that you don't leave your dog in the house alone for more than 4 hours at a time, if longer will need to find a local doggie day care to take your pet to ***
*** Gas BBQ, Cribs, Extra Strollers, Wheel Chairs etc. can be rented by a local company and delivered to the home - this will occur an extra cost (but very reasonable), please reach out if anything like this is needed ***
Guests will be added to the Champions Gate access list to be able to enter the gated community. Guests will also be allowed access to the Oasis Club and all of it's amenities. To enter the home, guests will receive a door code.
I am available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and so is my local property management company. The property is professionally managed by a reputable and local company. They can provide our guests with around the clock support, but if needed feel free to contact me or my wife. We want to ensure you enjoy your stay.
Champions Gate is a beautiful, guarded by 24 hour security gated community complete with the Oasis Clubhouse with three pools, multiple bars, full service restaurant, lazy river, splash pad, water slide, movie theater, arcade room, air conditioned cabanas for rent, 2 golf courses and a lot of great restaurants and stores near by including a Publix grocery market.
We recommend guests get a rental car, taxi, or Uber to get around - there is free parking at our house, both in the driveway and onstreet.
In the area, you'll find: 1845 Taphouse, Miller’s Ale House; Chinese to Go; Little Caesars Pizza, Dominos, Beef O' Brady's, Just Cubans, 4 Corners Tavern, Osteria Italian Kitchen, Jersey Mikes and many more restaurants nearby, including Dunkin Donuts and other coffee shops and Fast Food options, as well as great restaurants at the Omnia Resort (where you can also get a day pass to their resort) - Shopping markets nearby include Publix Super Market, Walgreens and liquor stores.

Please be sure to read this rental policy. By clicking “Reserve” you are acknowledging and accepting to the following for this specific property:
1) Reservation Requirements and Full Payment. You must be 22 years old to book this House. Reservations are not considered “guaranteed” until Owner receives your acceptance of this agreement and policy, a verified government-issued ID, and receives and accepts the required deposit and full payment of reservation.
2) Maximum Occupancy. The maximum occupancy for the rental property is the number the rental property sleeps (12) people including children. If you bring in extra guest or visitors without prior approval and payment you may be asked to vacate the rental property and forfeit all rent paid.
3) Visitors. A visitor is an occupant in the rental property that is not staying overnight. The total number of the person permitted in the rental property including visitors is (12) People including children. Any occupancy for daily use in excess of the maximum is a violation of this agreement.
4) Excessive Wear and Tear; Damage. You are responsible for the rental charges for the full duration of the reservation and for any damages or breakages to the rental property incurred during the rental period, even if a security deposit and Damage Protection have been paid. The owner may charge for any damage or breakage or excessive cleaning cost.
5) Cleanliness. You are expected to treat the rental with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home and not a hotel room. Even in cases where a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the vacation rental in a clean, neat and orderly condition.
6) Cancellation. Please read the cancelations rules for this specific rental in the cancellation terms. In the event that the owner and or property management company has to cancel your booking for any reason you will be notified as quickly as possible and refunded 100% of any amounts paid. We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect against certain types of cancellations, among other risks.
7) Agreement to Comply with all Rental Regulations and Falsified bookings. You and your guest and visitors must comply with all of the Rental regulations set forth on this Agreement Failure to comply with the Rental Regulations and any reservations made under false pretenses may result in loss of all your payments made and possible removal of you, your guest and visitors from the rental property, in addition to all other remedies available to the owner. If you violate any of the conditions of this agreement or the rental policies, The owner or the property management company may enter the rental property and you agree to vacate the rental property immediately upon the request and forfeit all rent paid. You expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that you do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
8) Assumed Risks for Pools, Hot tubs and Jacuzzi tubs. You assume all risks related to the use of pool hot tub or Jacuzzi tub including any illness or injury. Pregnant women, small children, elderly, and people with any medical condition should not use the Hot tub or Jacuzzi tub prior to medical consultation.
9) Mechanical Failures. Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical services, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, Pool, Hot Tub, Jacuzzi, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable, television, appliances, etc. Please report any inoperative equipment to the owner and or property management company immediately. The Owner and or the property management company will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
10) Use of Property. You or your guests and Visitors shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse to any person, harboring fugitives, etc,; shall cause a termination of this agreement with no refund rents or deposits.
11) Access. Guest shall allow access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection, maintenance, cleaning of pool or emergency.
12) Listing information. Information regarding the rental properties is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Particular furnishings and amenities are subject to change without notice.
13) Acts of God. Owner shall not be liable nor deemed in default under this Agreement for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations due to or arising out of any act not within its control, including, without limitation, acts of God.
14) Indemnification and Hold Harmless. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the rental property and their property management company for any liabilities, theft, damage, personal injury, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with you, your guest, visitors, and use and occupancy of the rental property or the failure of you, your guest or visitors to observe the Rental Policies.
15) Governing Law; Venue.
