This premiere vacation rental is located on the third level overlooking the gorgeous lagoon pool and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico just off in the distance. You are provided with an incredible view from the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom, which are all well-appointed with updated furnishings and decor. Right off the living room, you have a furnished balcony looking towards the gulf where the sunrise and sunsets are sure to please.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, has balcony access, and a large, private bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with a brand new king bed and has an attached bathroom. The family-friendly space includes a sofa bed for any guest who would enjoy camping out in the living room. There's plenty to help you relax in this bright space, including a brand new central air conditioning unit to help keep you comfortable throughout your stay. A private washer/dryer will allow towels and swimsuits to stay beach-ready. And an overall open and welcoming beach design will comfortably accommodate your entire group!
