It offers a unique situation compared to the 20+ floor high rise condos, being that there are only 6 floors with only 58 units total. Mariner West's pool and beach is never crowded with all the craziness that you might have at the huge high rises.
The condo itself is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the huge flat-screen TV in the family room after a long day at the beach. Don't want to watch TV? Step out on the patio to listen to the waves and watch the sun set into gulf. With two full size bathrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone to get the sand off at the end of the day.

Summary: The location is great! The view from the balcony is what keeps us coming back every year. We struggled with our Roku in the bedroom, however; we were able to use it just fine in the living room. We've stayed at this location several times and this particular condo twice now, and the owner has always been great. The property manager was very helpful and is genuinely a nice person. Our neighbors were not as friendly as we'd hoped and we're assuming had accused us of smoking on the balcony, when we're non-smoking individuals. Regardless, this had nothing to do with our stay at this location. Thanks again for a great time!
