This custom home is beautifully appointed with designer furnishing and the highest quality finishes throughout. The floor plan is open and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Whether you're shooting pool, playing shuffleboard, or just sitting at the bar, this home is the perfect place for your vacation.
If you're looking for a true desert getaway vacation with your own resort-style backyard then this house won't disappoint. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and has amazing views from the roof top deck, where you'll have panoramic views of the entire valley. Moreover, the backyard includes a pool (heating is an additional fee) and spa, a built-in BBQ, a large putting green, a bocce ball court, an impressive firepit, and a covered patio lounge area with a TV.
Indoors, the gourmet chef's kitchen is stocked with premium appliances, utensil drawers, cookware, and more. This home also features a Casita suite, just off the courtyard, which is a great space for privacy and even includes a kitchenette.
This home is located near several championship golf courses including Troon North, Scottsdale National, Rio Verde Golf, TPC, and Grayhawk. As well as several hiking trails close by including Granite Mountain, Toms Thumb, Pinnacle Peak, Fraesfield, Browns Ranch, and many more.
The property is off the beaten path, but still close to wonderful shopping and dining options. It's 15 minutes to the DC marketplace, 20 minutes to the 101 freeway, and only 25 minutes to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter.
