Midnight at the Oasis is the ultimate desert vacation getaway, with over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space, all the amazing features, and amenities available on one acre of land. This beautifully designed home has 6 bedrooms, including a daybed in one common area, and 4 bathrooms. The details of this home were professionally designed and thought about with you in mind. Southwestern inspiration is at the bullhead of this home with its various colors and beautiful prints.
Inside the home, you immediately enter to see this split level to different parts of the home. To the left, you will find bedrooms. To the right, you will head toward the living areas and additional bedrooms. Please note that bedroom 7 is similar to a common room area.
The kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new appliances and has an open floor plan for the living room and dining space. Dine with your friends and family at the 6-seat dining table and open a bottle of wine from the wine fridge.
Upon entering you find a pool table, card table, and a filled book cabinet. There are plenty of books available for you to read while lounging around. When you head outside you will find so many great areas to dine, lounge, and have fun. There are plenty of chairs to enjoy the outside ambiance and be ready for some beautiful sunsets. The outside dining table has 8 seats available. There is an outdoor Connect 4 game, a tether ball, and a sparkling pool with a jacuzzi. Continue the fun by heading to the casita. Inside you will find many board games, a dart board, a 2-player sit-down arcade system, and a Golden T-Golf arcade system.
All bedrooms have a unique theme to them. Which will you choose? Each bedroom has its own Keurig machine so that you can enjoy coffee in your room without having to go to the kitchen. We recommend you pick up some of your favorite pods for this.

House Rules
Pool or spa heat is an additional $80.00 + tax daily.
2 pets allowed under 20 lbs with a $200 non refundable fee each. Please reach out if you have a larger pet traveling with you.
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $80/daily.
For your safety and security, there are 5 ring cameras located at this property. One near the garage, one at the front entrance, one over looking the front door, and 2 over looking the side yard/casita.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
