Positive: Based on our 3 weeks long stay in this condo, we can attest that this is a great place to stay in Alicante. A spacious, super clean, excellently equipped and meticulously organized, very comfortable apartment on the 1st floor of the building with an elevator. Bonus: patio! The living room and 1 of the bedrooms (the smaller one) face the street, so these get more natural light and might get some street noise at times; the rest of the apartment is very quiet and has an excellent lighting. Location is superb - in the center of the city with a walkable distance to many attractions, tons of restaurants, to the Central market, supermarkets and other shops, theater, marina and Postiguet beach, the train station, and bus and tram stops. Great communication with a wonderful host - very friendly, responsive, attentive, caring and helpful. We highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Alicante - it is definitely worth it!
