There are 5 full baths and 2 half baths. The covered, poolside dining table comfortably seats 12 to 14 people and is perfect for large groups and special celebrations. The indoor table seats 10. Beach walkers love Grace Bay Beach for tranquil miles of perfect sand and pristine turquoise waters. Villa Paprika’s beach has ample soft, sugary sand. Water shoes are recommended for the narrow strip of rocks close to shore which may be slippery when wet. Adventure seekers find many ocean excursion boats close by with an easy walk to Turtle Cove Marina.
Villa Paprika’s location offers excellent dining options. Walk a 1/4 mile to the Shark Bite Restaurant or Baci Italian Ristorante. Walk a 1/3 mile to eat at Smokey’s Sports Bar or Jammin’ Gelato. Walk a 1/2 mile to Magnolia Restaurant and Wine Bar for beautiful sunset dining or to Mango Reef for fine dining on the marina with festive lights. (some close in Sept.)
Take a 3-mile trip into town for upscale shopping, gift shops, art boutiques, and more dining options. Cabs are easy to obtain with a phone call. Scooter Bob’s is a short 1/2 mile from the villa, and they rent bikes and scooters.
There are 6 flat screen smart televisions,3 washing machines, 4 dryers, SONOS Sound system with indoor/outdoor speakers, indoor/outdoor and high-speed internet. Guests traveling with young children may request complimentary set up of the villa’s baby crib, pack-n-play, high chair, or rollaway twin beds.

Bedroom 4 (“Serenitá”) – 1 king bed, 2nd floor, large shower, private covered balcony with cushioned arm chairs and ottoman, writing desk, ensuite couch & chairs, full view of the ocean
Bedroom 5 (“Bella Vista”) –2 king beds, 3rd floor, oversized shower, large private sun and shade balcony with sunbathing chaise, dining table, 3 cushioned chairs and ottomans, spectacular ocean view and best location for sunsets and star gazing, children’s play kitchen area is outside room (also on 3rd floor)
Note: The AC is metered on a separate meter located in the laundry room. You will be shown the meter at check-in and are given the first $400 per week of AC cost for stays in the months of November to April and $200 per week for the months of May to October at no charge; beyond that you will be charged actual costs at current rate per kilowatt hour. AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. There are 8 separate air conditioning systems in the villa to allow guests individual adjustment of AC in occupied rooms. The pool heater is optional and guest may split the $400/$200 AC allotment to heat the pool in cooler months.
Villa Paprika is generally offered by the week on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
One midweek cleaning included for every 7 nights stay.
