Perched on a gentle, oceanfront/beachfront slope in Conchas Chinas this building is an exceptional blend of imported & local materials, like Peruvian cedar & artisan stone that are weaved together to create a new definition of luxury to be enjoyed by a precious few. My unit offers 2 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, 2 huge balconies overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of Conchas Chinas beach, & palm trees that swing at the rhythm of the gentle breeze. This unit is just an elevator ride from the dedicated parking spot on the ground floor garage next to Conchas Chinas Beach. Two huge balconies face the ocean Mismoloya to the left & PVR to the right. A/C, ceiling fans,24 hour doorman/security/safe in the unit. Condo pool, hot tub, gym are shared between only 18 owners. Designed for adults: babies/children,pets are negotiable.There is a small private park at private entrance to Conchas Chinas beach just below.ADA compliant. Very friendly owners, most live in their dream home here year round.
