Please note: Our area is in a severe drought. Canyon Lake is at record level low. Most boat ramps are closed. There is still a lake view, but the water is not up to the property line. The kayaks are not available at this time due to the drought. Because of the low lake level, we have drastically reduced our rates for this season.

Welcome to Heron Azul - a home designed and outfitted for a fun, memorable time for everyone!
Our home features a 16x32 swimming pool with a wrap around deck encasing a hot tub (or a cool jetted tub for those hot summer evenings). Note, the swimming pool has a steep transition between the shallow and deep end, a safety, floating rope is attached in between.
A sloping shoreline offers access to the lake, which is at a record low, so one can explore the normal lake bed accessing the shoreline.
A fee-for-use public boat ramp is only 15 minutes away. Vehicles registered in Comal County pay five dollars. Everyone else pays $20.
We know that when families vacation together, they want to have fun. We try to ensure that with a multitude of outdoor of games. The backyard features:
~ a volleyball/badminton crosscourt with led lighted birdies for evening fun
~ corn-hole boards for same reason
~ tetherball
~ outdoor ping pong table
One of the best features is the almost always shady outside seating area with beautiful lake views, a dining table, extra seating, a fire pit and outdoor string lights make an inviting evening gathering. Watch the deer feeding below from the sitting area!
The 2500 ft concrete home features open floor plan with high ceilings, partial lake views from the main floor and fantastic views from upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bath with a shower and separate claw foot tub. There are two other bedrooms downstairs that share a full bath. The first has a king size bed and the second has a twin and a twin XL.
Upstairs is the 500 sq foot game room that also has a queen horizontal murphy bed with a 12" mattress. The game room features a Foosball table, a 7ft Pockey Multi-Game Table (Play Pool, and Air Hockey) and floor-to-10' ceiling blackout curtains, a 70" television and a popcorn trolley give the room a "movie theater" feel.
The kitchen has a propane gas cooktop, two wall ovens, a microwave and many small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, can opener, blender, crock pot and a Cuisinart Ice Cream/Yogurt/Sorbet Maker.
