Positive: The staff at Amara was incredibly supportive and kind. Since it's a new place, I had a hard time getting there - Google Maps had it pinned somewhere different. They sent someone to meet me and walk me there, which was very sweet, especially since it was later in the evening. The room was sooooo cute - the decoration is amazing, and everything is comfortable and beautiful,. They really paid attention to details, and it all came together nicely. Also, the complementary breakfast was delicious and SO MUCH food!
Negative: The only thing was the noise outside, but I think if you stay in the heart of Cusco, that is what happens. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. My kids and husband slept through it :)
Summary: I would love to come back to Cusco and stay here again. It's a gem, really.
