This modern timber and glass designer beach Villa embraces the indoor-outdoor lifestyle synonymous with the surrounding tropical region. With fresh Mediterranean summer tones decorated throughout, you could be forgiven for dreaming away the afternoon to Italy's Amalfi coastline.

Huge bi-fold doors open the kitchen and lounge pavilions on to the surrounding decks & designer pool, and the main bedrooms have their own private decks nestled into the surrounding rainforest. The sub-tropical garden creates a temperate environment and wooden louvers throughout the home allow for refreshing natural air-flow.

Outside, a stunning pool is surrounded by multiple lounging decks including a unique hammock & daybed sanctuary for private reading under the palm trees or garden yoga.

You will find all of the mod-cons required for a fabulous stay - fully ducted cooling & heating throughout the home. Pavilion living room equipped with flat screen TV & DVD player, BBQ deck, laundry facilities and a modern chef's Miele kitchen, as well as a double lock-up auto garage.

There are two large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe which share an ensuite with two smaller sleep-outs. For better privacy each of the 5 bedrooms have their own private access to the rooms.
