ABOUT THE HOME: Located in the Silver Shells Resort & Spa gated condominium community of Destin, Always By the Sea offers everything you desire in a vacation by the sea. This Penthouse unit is on the top two floors providing unobstructed views of the beautiful white sand and emerald coast of the Gulf of Mexico. From the moment you walk through the doors, you'll be drawn outside to the large balcony with comfortable seating and you may find it hard to go inside. You may even have thoughts of sleeping out there, listening to the waves as the salt air clears your mind. But if that's not your thing, then this two-story penthouse condo will not disappoint you either. The living, dining room and kitchen are located on the first floor as well as a King bedroom and a room with two twin beds. Upstairs is a family suite that includes a bunk room with a full/full/full trundle, a king bedroom with sitting area with a desk and of course a large private balcony. This resort style condominium has amenities galore. There's tennis, pool, fitness, a spa, outdoor grilling and of course, the beach.
ABOUT THE AREA: Destin is known as the luckiest fishing village and home to some of the largest fishing tournaments in the world. But it's not just fishing that you can do here, there's so much more to see and do in especially if you enjoy the outdoors and outdoor water activities. You'll have easy access to activities like parasailing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, jets skis, water parks, dolphin cruises, boating and of course fishing. Many of these activities can be found right at Destin Harbor Boardwalk which is less than three miles West. All that fun in the sun can build up an appetite and the options are endless in Destin from seafood, steaks, and everything in between all within a short distance. With all the activities you can do in Destin, don't forget to relax too on the sugar sand beaches and clear waters of the gulf.

PARKING: Guests are allowed to park one vehicle in designated spot in garage and one outside the garage. Overflow parking is available outside the gates in a lot on the west side of the property.
HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
