Positive: We booked the property last minute and booking dot com accepted the request but the owner wasn't prepared. After a phone call, the host accommodated us (happily). She arranged for someone to come and let us in and prepare the beautiful house. We were very grateful and would recommend this house and the host to anyone. Hot showers comfortable beds and facilities to suit. We even parked our motorbikes in the garage
