Our farmhouse from three centuries is located in the center of Niederehe (Üxheim-Ahütte) on the northern edge of the Vulkaneifel. The house is newly renovated, in a quiet area, has its own large courtyard with the possibility to park the car or motorcycle under protection and to close the courtyard with a large gate if you want to be undisturbed.
The house is located on the ground floor, modern apartment with separate entrance, private terrace and garden and soon another apartment over two floors ..
We have combined modern elements with the charm of the existing old building fabric and construction. However, modern technology leaves enough room to develop a feeling for country life. Let your gaze wander over the cottage gardens, listen to the birds when the rising sun illuminates the kitchen. Demanding vacationers will feel completely at home here.
The apartment contains a double bed 200x160 cm which can be folded into a sofa during the day if necessary. The bathroom and toilet are accessible in separate rooms via a small hall. The rooms are heated by electric heaters that are operational all year round.
