Alpine Skies, is located near the Bear Mountain Ski Resort and local golf course. Enjoy beautiful wooded views and ease of access.
Head inside where you will find the family room/den area. This room provides tons of fun and entertainment. There is a gas fireplace, wet bar and comfy seating. One sofa offers a queen sleeper. Have a fun time sitting at the card table, there are board games, darts and a Foosball table. Hang out and utilize the large projector screen, perfect for movie night.
Head down the hall where you will find a full bath on the right and a little further down is the utility room, offering a full size washer and dryer. To the left and at the end of the hall is the first bedroom, with two twin over twin bunk beds with a TV.
Head upstairs where you will find the living area. With a large rock wall Gas fireplace, A comfy sectional sofa and dining area. This opens up to the kitchen where you have a breakfast nook with amazing wooded views, you can gain upper deck access from the living room. Step out and relax while grilling on the propane barbecue.
The kitchen offers modern conveniences including a gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. A standard coffee maker and keurig coffee maker are provided.
Down the hall you will find a second full bath to the right. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has a Cal King and both have ample closet space.
