The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

All guest will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities.
Access to the recreational house requires HOA approval, and the property owner must personally check guests in. If you would like to use Aspen House during your stay, please contact us in advance, and we will coordinate with the owner to facilitate access.
