Enjoy the stunning uninterrupted ocean views across Moffat, Dicky and Currimundi beaches as far as Pt Cartwright, Mooloolaba and beyond. Alpha is situated high on the headland overlooking the ocean. There is no road in front of the unit, just the pedestrian/bike path.
Guests can relax on the north facing front balcony while watching the ocean liners cruise the shipping lanes, the surfers gliding on the wave tops and the whales during their annual migration.
This unit is just a few minutes’ walk to the sands of Moffat Beach, waterfront picnic parks, licenced restaurants and children's playgrounds. It also has the scenic Coastal Pathway to Bulcock Beach on the front doorstep.
Unit 4 is situated on the 1st floor and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and private balcony, the second bedroom has 2 king singles with ocean views. This unit is stylishly furnished featuring a modern kitchen and bathrooms, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans in all rooms, air conditioning also in the bedrooms and lounge and barbeque on the balcony and a lock up garage.
Please note the lift is not operational and there is no time frame for it to be fixed.
