Positive: We spent a week at Alojamientos Turísticos Cardona and overall had a pleasant experience. - Location is fantastic: quite place and close to local attractions and ideal for exploring the area and Es Pujols Beach. - Our studio was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of two sunbeds, which made lounging outside a real treat. - Parking available. - A special mention goes to Stefania, whose exceptional customer service truly elevated our stay. She was welcoming, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtful approach made a lasting impression.
Negative: There were a few areas that could be improved: - Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay. - Also missed having a jacuzzi or swimming pool, which would have added a nice touch of relaxation. - The kitchen lacked a microwave, which limited our options for quick meals. - Additionally, there was no clear guidance on how to recycle rubbish, which was disappointing given the importance of sustainability. - Instruction to set up the safe was not available in English, only in Spanish and Italian. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere was peaceful, and the accommodation served as a good base for our holiday. With a few upgrades, this place could be truly exceptional.
