Positive: You better have a phone. There is no reception and the note with the number is on a different door than the hotel stairs, so you might look one place while a door is open at the actual hotel stairs. Not worth the confusion. Go somewhere where you don’t need to call if you aren’t there on time or you don’t know to look up the staircase.
Negative: Clean, inexpensive, quiet. Right in town is also very nice.
