THE STATE of HAWAII has re-zone Vacation rentals. Our unit is considered a Long Term Rental. 30-day reservations are the minimum. No exceptions. As owners, we could be awarded fines. We Will NOT host Short Term Rentals. Think about combining working remotely to accumulate your 30day. We have hosted many professionals/working from home.
Enjoy the view from the top floor, Hawaiian Style. Bathe in the sun at our saltwater pool, or enjoy a walk on the beachfront property. The open space floor plan allows for a view of the ocean from anywhere in the condo. Air-condition is available in the master bedroom, but who needs A/C when you have the trade winds of the Leeward Coast of Oahu. A 75inch Samsung Smart TV is at your fingertips with full cable and internet connection. Top Internet speed at 400mbs. Perfect for our Business Ohana who may need to check in to work before they go out to play. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with fresh linen and towels. Weekly Housekeeping/Cleaning services will be available. Please schedule in advance. Additional sleeping is available with the pullout couch.
