Summary: I had a great time here! Struggling with finding the lockbox in the beginning was about the only main issue! Lana was wonderful in her responsiveness to things I needed help with such as a clogged bathtub drain. Polite, professional and, so kind! I was here for the Honolulu Merrie Mile and Start to Park 10k. I felt as if I was in a great location for all of the activities I was interested in. The Lanai area on the bottom level was great! Close to the water to hear the ocean and plenty of places to lay out and tan when not swimming. I would book this room again in the future!!!
