Negative: Washing machine did not exist as stated on description, sheets had blood on, kitchen light not working, no guidance on parking led to conflict with residents, toilet cistern stopped working the day we left. Overall attention to condition and maintenance very poor, would not recommend this unit from Holiday Coffs Harbour
