Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Near centro comercial Antea, Decathlon, Shake Shack and other popular shopping areas. Pet friendly. The gym had really nice equipment.
Negative: The pool would have been much better if it the surrounding areas were kept clean; the lawn chairs are stained and should be pressure washed or replaced, tables were left un-wiped from the day before, cups and dishes left to sit out all night. Asked several times for towels, never happened. Elevators were dirty, smelled like beer, sticky floors. At least the room was clean.
Summary: This hotel could be great if common areas got more attention.
