Positive: big and clean rooms, comfortable bed, convenient location (between old town and airport) with some good restaurants close by, friendly staff
Negative: breakfast a bit sparse, very little light in the room, closet and bathroom doors hard to open as the are often stuck, providing cotton pads and q-tips would have been a nice addition
