Positive: Staff was very friendly
Negative: Everything was just a bit worse than I was expecting. For some reason I remember Aloft being a little bit nicer of a brand but this felt very budget. The hotel gym is a good example – all the equipment was old and heavily used and mismatching. The breakfast and coffee bar is legitimately embarrassingly bad. At least it was clean.
Summary: Probably more of a budget experience than you we’re thinking
