Positive: Good, quiet location in a small village, very clean large apartment with safe garage, 2 good bathrooms, pretty complete kitchen. Old style furniture but in good condition. Cooking stove, oven, dish washer, water boiler, toaster and washing machine. "Guest cards" for free public transport in the area.
Negative: No personal contact with the owner. We received instructions by mail to enter the apartment which took us a long time to find out. No soap or shampoo, nor detergent for washing machine. Only after insisting we received extra toilet paper and extra tablets for the dish washer, because occording to the owner it is common in Italy that the guests bring these themselves.
Summary: Nice apartment with 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms.
