1517 Highlands Cove Drive This remarkable four bedroom, four and a half bath home is located behind the gates of Old Edwards Club and is perfectly suited for entertaining friends and family while enjoying the beautiful, mountain view. The spacious open floor plan boasts beautiful hardwood floors and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area seating eight and a commodious living area with a wood burning fireplace and flat screen television. Adjacent to the kitchen is a screened-in porch featuring an additional dining area seating six, a wood burning fireplace, a built-in grill and an additional sitting area. The lower level offers an additional entertainment area featuring a second living area with a wet bar, a hidden game room with a pool table and card table and another covered porch that expands across the backside of the home. Two luxurious master suites, one on the main level and one on the lower level and each with their own television, are outfitted with new Downtown Company and Peacock Alley linens and towels. Unwind in the oversized soaking tub in the main level master bathroom. The guest bedroom on the lower level features a Queen size bed along with a twin tucked behind the door. The loft area offers another sitting area with a pull-out sleeper sofa and a separate bedroom with twin size beds. _Pets considered.
