Positive: The location near the beach was perfect for us. Especially with little kids. We could easily walk towards the beach. The apartment was perfectly clean, and it had all the facilities we could wish for.
Negative: There was only one thing that was a little inconvenient. The airco in the master bedroom makes a little bit of noise every minute or so to push the fluid out. We never used the airco there, but we did use the fan on the ceiling, which was surprisingly cold.
