Perfect Serenity, from the moment you walk into our condo and are welcomed by our Alluring views and spectacular sunsets. The Amara is a privately owned luxury beachfront condominium resort, which offers 24 hour gated security. The Amara is in the heart of Ixtapa and is located right on the Palmar Beach. It is just a few steps away from great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, a movie theater, miniature golf and 2, 18 hole golf courses. The Amara is a quick 10 minutes away by cab to Zihuatanejo and only a 20 minute cab ride to the airport. There is no need to rent a car as everything is easily accessible by foot or a short taxi ride. Our unit is located on the 14th floor, and is rare in that it offers a full length deck with 2 bedrooms with access to the balcony using their own sliding glass door. The balcony offers breathtaking 180 degree views of the ocean and coastline. Our unit is tastefully decorated, with a slight Mexican flare with high quality furnishings. The main living/dining room area has floor to ceiling glass doors that slide open onto your own private balcony. The balcony has a patio table with 8 chairs and lounger. It also has a comfy seating area with a couch, 2 single chairs, coffee table, and side tables. To maximize your comfort on the balcony during the heat of the day, we also have a motorized shade which extends the full height of the deck. The living room is equipped with a big flat screen TV. The dining area provides comfy seating for 8 people. The three master bedrooms (two Oceanside and 1 on the mountain side) all have king size beds and attached ensuites. Bedroom 4, on the mountainside has a king size bed with the bathroom right outside the door. Each bedroom has it’s own air conditioning unit. All towels and linens are provided. Your kitchen is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances – gas oven/range, dishwasher, double door refrigerator and freezer with filter for both ice and water. Additional appliances include: bar fridge, wine cooler, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as all the utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Catering and/or a personal chef are available for an extra charge and upon request. Washer and dryer, are located within the unit. Mid week maid service is included with your rental however, if you would like, daily maid service is available for an additional charge, upon request. Bar area, which has a bar fridge and wine cooler. The beautifully landscaped grounds include three pools – one huge pool with beach style entry for families, another infinity pool for adults only, and a small wading pool for kids. Guests can enjoy very reasonably priced drinks and snacks at the Palapa bar, $1000 peso deposit is required at the office upon check in. Walk down just a few steps thru a private gate on to the beautiful Palmar Beach, where private Palapas' and lounge chairs await you for a relaxing day at the beach. Other Amenities include: tennis/paddle ball, fitness facility, private parking stall, and a business centre. Wi-Fi wireless internet service is provided throughout the property free of charge.
