This cozy, charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath is very spacious and recently updated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new windows and furniture. Amazing front porch that opens up to a screened in porch that overlooks the forgotten coast. Sleeping porch and 2 outdoor showers with hot & cold water to wash away the sand. This amazing view will bring you to a new peaceful, happy place. Enjoy the spectacular sunset! Accommodates 6 people.
Unfortunately, the Salty Seagull does not allow pets.

Summary: Such a beautiful and peaceful vacation at Alligator Pointe. If you are looking for a true vacation this is your place. Very private and we enjoyed the bed swings so much. Plenty of room, great place for family time. Beach is RIGHT THERE. Right out the back door. We will definitely be back again. Great communication with the owner. LOVE THIS PLACE
