Summary: It has been a while since I was this disappointed with a hotel. Cleanliness or the lack of has probably been the biggest factor - whether it was by the pool or in the rooms. We also felt you cannot really talk about hospitality as such- the staff, bar one or two exceptions, are doing just enough, barely offering a smile - not the energy you want to be around. Activities for kids not adequately advertised- most entertainment seems to have been happening by one pool and no staff bothered to walk around the others to ask the kids to join- very disappointing. The food was an average all inclusive buffet, nothing remarkable to point out, however the coffee was pretty good. Towels left on sunbeds from 7am- so if you are later you struggle to find space. Very disappointing stay, would not recommend.
