Positive: The room were big enough, the beds were especially comfy and the air conditioning worked great. The place is also a restaurant which serves great food (we had pizzas) at a very good price. It's a 25-minute drive from Sirmione.
Negative: We only got one key card per room, even for the triple room, so it was slightly inconvenient to fetch something from the car while my wife was taking care of our 5-year old. For breakfast, we needed to go to another bar, about an 8-minute walk away (which is not a problem). It only included coffee, a small pastry and some fruit juice, but for the price of the hotel room, I feel I couldn't demand more.
