This property is near Highway 101 and the Amtrak rails, and passing trains may occasionally be heard. The neighboring home is currently under construction through December 2020.

The family of the home is highly allergic to animals. Please reconsider booking this retreat should you need to bring a support animal.
Parking notes: Parking is available for 3 cars in the shared parking area. Please park right next to the 1156 sign and do not park in front of the neighboring house. The garage will not be accessible during your stay.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
