Main floor features 2 bedrooms: a king master suite with private bath and a queen bedroom with private bath. Laundry facilities on both floors provide additional guest conveniences. The top floor features 4 bedrooms; a king master suite with private bath, 2 queens with private bath, 2 twins and 1 trundle with private bath and an upstairs den/bedroom with queen pullout sofa, private bath and large flatscreen television Amenities include: 5 flat screen TV's, DVD, gas fireplace, cable, Free wifi, phone, covered parking, screen porch, wrap-around porch, 2 laundry facilities, 2 dishwashers and double oven. Top floor porches provide fantastic views of both the ocean and creek. Pet-friendly home in winter and shoulder seasons with signed pet agreement and $250 non-refundable pet fee. No Smoking. Elevator access available for handicap accessibility only and must be approved prior to making reservation. Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire house.
