You will enjoy upscale living in this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom Condo featuring Floridian decor and wall to wall ocean views from every room.
The living room has a wall mounted 65" HD TV with a sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling views of the Gulf with a door to the balcony. Primary bedroom has a king-size bed, 50" wall mounted TV, small recliner, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full-size beds, 43" TV, and walk-in closet. All TVS have secure access for all your streaming apps.
The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower newly installed in 2022. The second bathroom has an oversized garden tub/shower. Both bathrooms have double vanities with newly installed quartz tops and cabinets in 2022! Kitchen also features quartz tops and new cabinets installed in 2022! Laundry room is located right off kitchen.
Relax on the 270 square foot deck accessible from living room and both bedrooms. The balcony is furnished with two lounge chairs and Polywood table with four chairs.
Long Beach Resort features beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, a large 6500 square feet lagoon pool with waterfalls, two heated polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill 'The Hang Out,' 1300 feet of powder white beach ,on-site gym and 24-hour gated security.
