If this condo is booked, we own 2 others that are just as amazing. One is a one bedroom/one bathroom about 30 steps from this one. It sleeps four. The second one is a two bedroom condo with exactly the same layout as this one, also only 20 steps away. It sleeps five. The third one is a 2 bedroom/2 full bathrooms about a mile from Topgolf and it sleeps 6. This one was just built in Sept, 2018.

I also own one ocean front with an amazing view in the quiet part of Panama City Beach, Hidden Dunes 901. It just got a 50k remodel, plus another 25k in furnishings that just went live 6/26.

How are we different? I recently found out from two different cleaners that I am the only owner they clean for that changes out the duvet covers after EVERY guest. Yes, it takes extra time but we figure you don't want your face touching something that touched our last guest. You will not find a cleaner unit!!! I personally manage my units and you won't get lost with a large management company.
Another great thing, we removed the wall in this condo from the kitchen to the great room so it is very open and inviting. We are only one of a very few in this complex to do this. I promise when you arrive this gives a MUCH bigger feel to the condo. All the condos in this complex have the same floor plan (either one or 2 bedrooms) and with the wall still there, it gives a feel of a very closed off space. We did not spare any expense in our remodel and you will not be disappointed!
This newly completed remodel has an open floor plan, all brand new furniture, new appliances and custom drapes and is located on the Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville. You will not find a better location being within a 15 minute walk (less than one mile) on Nashville's Greenbelt Walkway to all the bars and honky tonks on Broadway and Second Ave. You have all the amazing restaurants, museums, and concert venues nearby. You are also a short walk to the new Sounds Ball Park, the amazing HUGE Farmers Market, one mile from the Titans Stadium and one mile from the newly opened Topgolf. Basically, you are near all the things that have made Nashville "Nashville" but still far enough away from the noise that you can sleep when it's time for rest.
We have tried to make it as convenient as we can. Guests have a unique code on a keyless entry pad for their reservation so you won't have to keep up with keys. We are located on the second floor and while this complex doesn't offer an elevator, there are only 15 steps from the parking lot to the second floor. All mattresses, linens, mattress covers, pillows and furniture are brand new and not “rental quality.”
During our remodel and furnishing of this condo, we kept our guests in mind. Please let us know how we can help further accommodate you. Our check in is at 3:00 pm CST the day of arrival. Our check out time is 11:00 a.m. CST the morning of your departure. Depending if we have someone checking in/checking out the day of your departure/arrival, we will be as flexible as possible and give you an earlier check-in/later check-out time to help. We will do our absolute best to make it work.
All two bedroom condos in this complex have 1000 square feet. Some condos advertise sleeping more people and we will be flexible with this as best we can. Please let us know your plans and we will let you know if that will work.

In our kitchen, should you decide to cook, we have you covered there too. We have a microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and glass top burners. We have a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware and an amazing view while you are cooking :-)
We have free parking and our own WIFI that we do not share with other units. The condominium complex has a laundry facility and workout room onsite along with an amazing pool!
