Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in decent shape, but we discovered several things that were dirty - such as dirty dishes that were placed in the cupboards. There were visible dust bunnies on the floor in the living room when we arrived, and there was a reddish brown substance that looked like dried blood on the living room curtains as well as the guest bathroom door and wall. The tall cylinder tower fan was filthy and left dust bunnies everywhere when used or moved. The cross winds do not push through the unit as was advertised, so the entire stay was uncomfortably warm, with the provided fans not able to move enough air. Overall the unit was fine but could benefit from better attention to detail on cleaning as well as improved fans to keep guests comfortable. We will not return to this unit.
